Q: What is MobiHit?

A: MobiHit is a fun text message subscription service. Every week you will receive new unbelievable facts on your cell. Each alert will also award you Reward Points that you can use to redeem great gifts from the Reward Store.

Q: How can I sign up?

A: Using a cell phone, simply dial 866-949-4976 and follow the instructions.

Q: How do you earn Reward Points?

A: Your points depend on how many alerts you receive. The longer you stick with the service and the more you request new facts, the more points you'll get!

Q: What can I do with Reward Points?

A: You can redeem Reward Points you earn in MobiHit for great brand name merchandise like restaurant gift cards, gadgets like iPads and lots more. Rewards cost you nothing but points; there is no shipping fee, no handling fee, no nothing. Earn enough points, tell us what you want, tell us where to ship it and it's yours.

To see all of our rewards, go to the Reward Store section of the website. You have to log in to see how many Reward Points you have available to spend.

Q: I'm bored and I want to get more facts. Can I get more?

A: In order to get a new fact alert just text the word MORE to 80494.

Q: How do I know if I've won the Grand Prize Sweepstakes?

A: At the end of the contest cycle, we hold a prize drawing. If you are the winner, a representative of the company will contact you via the mobile number or email address you used to enter the Sweepstakes.

Q: I forgot my PIN, can you help?

A: On the Log In screen, there is a link "Re-Send my PIN." Click it. On the next screen, enter your cell number and we will text you or email you your PIN.

Q: How can I talk to someone for more help?

A: Our customer support desk is available 24 hours a day at 800-360-6829.

Q: Can I participate from outside the US?

A: No, unfortunately at this time the service is available in the US only.

Q: I want to cancel, what do I do?

A: Just text "STOP" to 80494. We'll cancel your subscription. Right away, we will stop sending you text alerts. If you cancel after your subscription has renewed but before you have received your cell phone bill, you will see one last monthly charge. But, we will not charge any new amounts on your phone bill after you cancel.
